Client Information

The client name, phone number, and email address entered in the first step are part of this agreement.

Event Details

Please share the details for up to 3 events below. After care for the henna stain will be provided by the artist.

Booking & Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm your booking.
The deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the event, after the service is completed.
Payments can be made via: Cash / Zelle / Check / etc.
Bookings are not secured without a deposit.

Cancellation, Delays, and Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days in advance.
If cancelled within 7 days of the event, 50% of the full rate is due, as time is reserved for you.
If the artist arrives at the location and the client is late by more than 15 minutes, a late fee may be applied or time may be deducted from the session.
If the client fails to appear, the deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Health & Allergy Notice

Our cones are handcrafted using organic henna powder, clove oil, eucalyptus oil, and tea tree oil.
Please inform us in advance of any allergies or skin sensitivities.
We are not responsible for skin reactions if no allergy notice is provided in advance.
If you have any skin disorders or conditions, please consult your doctor before applying henna.

Henna Care Information

Leave henna on the skin for at least 4–6 hours for best results.
Do not cover with plastic gloves/bags as it may cause sweating and ruin the stain.
After the paste is dry, scratch it off gently do not wash with water immediately.
Apply natural oils like coconut, olive, or mustard oil afterward for a deeper stain.
Stains typically last 10–15 days, depending on body area and aftercare.

Liability

Akruti Art Inc. is not liable for allergic reactions, staining on clothing or furniture, or dissatisfaction due to improper aftercare.
All services are performed to the highest standard using quality organic materials. The client agrees to follow all care instructions provided.
By signing this contract, both parties agree to the terms outlined above.
